PROPOSAL REVIEW

You’ll review the proposal and share any feedback. We’ll make adjustments as needed and finalize everything together so we’re fully aligned from the start.

CONTRACT &
INITIAL PAYMENT

Once the proposal is approved, we’ll send a straightforward contract and project timeline. After signing, you’ll submit a 50% deposit to kick things off.

ANALYZE &
DEFINE

Next, we take a closer look at your real-world workflows, support tools, and team performance. We’ll collaborate with your subject matter experts to define the learning goals and uncover where training can make the biggest difference.

DESIGN &
FIRST DRAFT

We build modular training tailored to how your team works—combining system skills, communication, and workflow clarity into one cohesive experience. You’ll get the first draft for easy review, and we’ll refine it together.

SECOND DRAFT &
FINAL DELIVERY

Next, you’ll get the second draft for final feedback. Once everything looks great, we’ll deliver the polished, professional, fully refined product—ready to use right away with confidence and ease.

FINAL APPROVAL
& PAYMENT

Once everything is delivered and approved, the final payment is due. The process is smooth, transparent, and hassle-free—just the way it should be.
